Der Verein fördert insbesondere: die soziale und inklusive Teilhabe; die berufliche Integration und Wiedereingliederung; den Aufbau und Erhalt von Arbeitsfähigkeit; die Entwicklung von Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung; die Vermittlung von praktischen und sozialen Kompetenzen; die Kompetenzen in verschiedenen Sprachen; die Stabilisierung im Arbeitsalltag; die schrittweise Heranführung an den ersten Arbeitsmarkt; die schrittweise Erhöhung von Arbeitspensen im ersten Arbeitsmarkt: die Schaffung von Anschlusslösungen und weiterführenden beruflichen Perspektiven; für: Sozialhilfeempfängerinnen, Obdachlose, Langzeit Arbeitslose, Schwer vermittelbare Arbeitslose, IV-Bezügerinnen, Workingpoor, Flüchtlinge, Jugendliche ohne Ausbildungsplatz, Freiwillige, Teilnehmende von Sprachkursen Niveau A1/A2. Zur Erfüllung des Vereinszwecks betreibt der Verein kaufmännisch und gewerblich geführte Betriebe.
