Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt (1) die Erschliessung, weitere Bekanntmachung und Erhalt des Werkes des Malers Ernst Stückelberg, geboren in Basel im Jahre 1831 und gestorben im Jahre 1903, insbesondere durch Ausstellungen, Publikationen und Dokumentation des Werkes (Catalogue raisonné); (2) die Förderung der Erforschung zur Konservierung und Restaurierung des Werkes des Malers; (3) die Stiftung kann Werke des Malers erwerben, verleihen und veräussern und (4) der Stiftungsrat kann auf eigene Initiative weitere Projekte im Kunstbereich unterstützen. Die Stiftung hat ausschliesslich gemeinnützigen Charakter.
