Elle vise notamment à accompagner les jeunes dans leurs démarches liées à l'insertion socioprofessionnelle, à la formation et à la recherche d'emploi, tout en favorisant leur autonomie dans l'utilisation des outils et services numériques nécessaires à ces parcours. Cet accompagnement comprend notamment l'apprentissage et l'utilisation autonome des outils numériques liés à la recherche de formation et d'opportunités, à la création et à l'utilisation des outils de candidature, à la recherche d'emploi ou de stage, à l'utilisation des plateformes numériques, à la communication professionnelle et aux démarches administratives liées à l'emploi et à la formation. L'Association accompagne également les jeunes dans l'identification de leurs compétences, de leurs ressources, de leurs besoins et de leur projet, afin de favoriser une orientation adaptée et la construction progressive de leur parcours socioprofessionnel. L'accompagnement repose sur une approche globale de la situation du jeune. Lorsque le premier bilan fait apparaître des difficultés sociales, administratives ou personnelles susceptibles de constituer un frein à l'insertion, l'Association informe et oriente la personne vers les services, institutions ou professionnel-les compétents du réseau genevois. Elle favorise également la création et le développement d'un réseau social et professionnel, notamment par la mise en relation avec des entreprises, organismes de formation, institutions, associations et autres acteurs susceptibles de contribuer au parcou …
