Scopo
Die Stiftung bezweckt mit den ihr zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln die Forschung in der Thoraxchirurgie und der Pneumologie, insbesondere im Bereich der Stammzellforschung und der regenerativen Medizin, zu fördern. Die Stiftung beschränkt sich nicht auf die Schweiz und kann daher international tätig sein. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter, verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck und erstrebt keinen Gewinn. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet.
